Telemater Scale

In order to use the telemeter scale, you have to start measuring the time with the first visual incident, for example a lightning, and stop it with the second incident that results from the first one, for example a thunder. Afterwards, the telemeter scale shows the distance to the incident either in kilometers or miles per hour.
